Sedona, AZ Travel Guide
We had such an amazing time during our November visit to Sedona! Check out the guide at the bottom of this post for all our suggestions - from hikes to tours & shopping to eats and an fabulous place to stay (the pdf download includes links for every destination & activity listed).
We did lots of hiking (highly recommend this Deuter toddler carrier), glass blowing, shopping, wine tasting, off road touring and more - Sedona has so much to offer and is a perfect family destination with a little bit of everything for all ages and interests. I was really impressed with the quality and variety of places to eat - as someone who is completely food obsessed - the culinary touring is usually my favorite part of every vacation. Something about the amazing views at so many of the restaurants we visited made the experience so special, and it seemed as though the food tasted even better. Even morning coffee on the patio at our AirBnb felt like a spiritual experience with the fiery sunrise painting the sky pink, yellow and purple over the stunning red rock cliffs.
We also spent a day in Phoenix visiting with extended family and paid a visit to the Phoenix Childrens Museum - it was fantastic! The large property has a wide variety of exhibits perfect for toddlers, big kids & tweens. Our boys enjoyed climbing, building, playing pretend, and learning about physics, biology and nature!
